Understanding the 'Unauthorized User' Error

If your caregiver has encountered the 'Unauthorized User' error while attempting to log in to the CareSmartz360 mobile app, this indicates that the user does not have the authorization to access the app installed on the phone. However, the solution is to ensure that caregivers have installed the correct mobile application to log in.

โ€‹Identifying the correct Caregiver Mobile App

To avoid the 'Unauthorized User' error, caregivers must ensure they are using the correct app for login. There are two versions of the CareSmartz360 mobile app: the "CareSmartz360+" app and the "CareSmartz360 agency app". The caregivers are not authorized to log in to the Agency app, therefore, please ensure that the caregiver has the CareSmartz360+ mobile app installed on the phone.

The correct app can be identified by the label of the app as shown in the screenshots below. The agency mobile app has an agency login label and the caregiver app has a caregiver login label :

Feel free to contact the support team if the issue persists: If the 'Unauthorized User' error continues to occur even after following the above steps, caregivers or the agency should reach out to the CareSmartz360 support team for further assistance. Support representatives can provide personalized guidance and troubleshoot the issue effectively.
