If your caregiver is experiencing the 'User Not Available' error when attempting to log into the CareSmartz360+ app, this indicates that the system cannot find the user account based on the provided combination of Agency ID, username, and password. It is important to ensure that the caregivers are entering the correct details on the login page and that the caregiver's profile is active in the CareSmartz360 system.

To avoid the 'User Not Available' error, caregivers must ensure they are entering the correct combination of Agency ID, username, and password. Here are some steps to verify and avoid this problem:

  1. Verifying the Agency ID: The Agency ID is shared in the registration email and the caregiver can review the registration email to make sure the Agency ID entered on the login screen is correct.

  2. Verify the username: Caregivers need to carefully input their username, ensuring that there are no spelling errors or additional spaces. The username is typically assigned by the agency and should be entered precisely as provided in the registration email.

  3. Check the password: Caregivers must enter their password accurately, paying attention to case sensitivity and any special characters. In case the Agency ID and username are accurate and the caregiver still receives this error, it is advisable to verify the password by entering it in a text editor before attempting to log in.

  4. Caregiver's Profile Status: If the caregiver ensures that the username, Agency ID, and password entered are accurate, the agency can check and make sure that the caregiver's profile is in Active Status as the inactive users cannot log in to the system.

  5. Reset the password if needed: If caregivers have forgotten their password or suspect it may be incorrect, they should follow the password reset process provided by the CareSmartz360+ app. Typically, there is an option to reset the password via email or by answering security questions.

  6. Contact support if the issue persists: If caregivers have verified the combination of Agency ID, username, and password, and the 'User Not Available' error persists, it is recommended to contact the CareSmartz360 support team for further assistance. Support representatives can provide personalized guidance and troubleshoot the issue effectively.
