Mobile Data Usage
The amount of mobile data used by the Caregiver App can vary significantly from one caregiver to another. Data consumption depends on how the app is used throughout the day, including factors such as:
The number of visits completed
GPS/location tracking requirements during visits
Clock-in and clock-out activity
Completion and submission of forms and assessments
Uploading documents, photos, videos, or other attachments
Syncing notes, schedules, and visit information
Whether the device is connected to Wi‑Fi or using cellular data
As a result, there is no fixed amount of data that the app will consume each month. Caregivers who complete a high volume of visits, use GPS-intensive workflows, or frequently upload photos, videos, and documents may use more mobile data than users with lighter app usage.
