To ensure smooth functionality and uninterrupted app performance, please follow the steps mentioned below to update your CareSmartz360+ mobile app
Before You Begin
Make sure your app is updated to:
App Version: 2.55
Code Push Version: 1.6
Step 1: Check Your Current App Version
Open the CareSmartz360+ Caregiver App.
Go to the Profile tab.
Check the App Version and Code Push Version displayed.
👉 If your app is not on the latest version, proceed to Step 2.
Note:
A red banner will appear at the top of the Dashboard when a new Code Push update is available.
Step 2: Update the Mobile App
For Android Devices
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for CareSmartz360+.
Tap on the app name.
Tap Update (if available).
For iPhone (iOS) Devices
Open the App Store.
Tap Search at the bottom.
Search for CareSmartz360+.
Tap on the app name.
Tap Update (if available).
Step 3: Apply the Code Push Update
Open the CareSmartz360+ Caregiver App after updating.
Go to the Dashboard tab.
Tap the Download Arrow Icon (shown on the screen).
Wait for the update to complete.
