In the Admin Settings Under Scheduling is the option to set Preferred Time Slots.
Here you can pre-set frequently used time slots to make scheduling faster and easier.
A time slot can then be entered with a single click. The Start Date and End Date will prefill with the Time Slot you set as Default.
