There are several ways to enter clients into your Caresmartz360 portal

There are several ways to get your client information into your Caresmartz360 portal.

  1. Manual Entry - This is the easiest and most comprehensive way to enter client information. This involves your (and/or your office staff) keying in the required data to create profiles. This is a good fit for start-ups and small agencies.

  2. Basic Data Migration - This is fast way to enter basic client demographic information into the system in batches. It involves downloading a template from Caresmartz360 and completing the file as it exists, then uploading the completed file into Caresmartz360. This is a good fit if your agency is tracking information in spreadsheets, or can export information from a report in your previous system and format the data appropriately.

  3. Prospective Client Form - This is generally used for public client intake via a "Contact Us" form. This is a best fit for ongoing client acquisition from external sources. This is not ideal for establishing your agency during Onboarding.

  4. Advanced Data Migration - this involves Caresmartz migrating the information from your old system into your new Caresmartz360 portal. There is a cost associated with this service, it can take several weeks or longer, depending on the data hygiene and accessible nature of the existing data.
