HHAeXchange 3rd Party EVV Integration with CareSmartz360
Whether or not you already have an HHAeXchange account, you must register CareSmartz360 as your 3rd Party EVV Vendor in order to complete the integration. The following steps will guide you through the process.
β Step 1: Check for State-Specific Requirements
Before beginning your request, review the HHAeXchange Info Hub to determine whether your state requires an attestation, enrollment form, or additional documentation.

Select your state
Click "Go to Info Hub"
Choose "EDI Process for 3rd Party Integration" to access any required forms or resources
Completing these preliminary requirements is essential before you submit the integration request.
β Step 2: Submit a 3rd Party Integration Request
Go to the HHAeXchange Client Support Portal to submit your request:

Select "Provider EDI Integrations" from the menu of request types.
Choose your request type based on your state:

AL, NJ, MN, MS, MI, IL, WV, TX | API Credential Inquiry |
AR, FL, HI, NC, NY, PA | 3rd Party Billing β Payer Configuration |
Fill in your provider information as requested.
In the Summary field, enter:

β Step 3: Enter Vendor Contact Information
If prompted, provide the following vendor details:
Vendor Name: CareSmartz360
EVV Vendor Contact Name: Pritish Ahluwalia
Phone: 585-348-7975
EVV Product Name: CareSmartz360
You may copy and paste the above directly into the required fields.
β Step 4: Await Confirmation and Next Steps
Once your submission is received, HHAeXchange will follow up via email with:
Confirmation of your request
Any additional state-specific steps
Integration instructions
Code tables and/or testing credentials (as applicable for API states)
