There will be an update to Caregiver mobile app with this release. The current versions continue to be Caregiver Mobile App iOS & Android: Version 2.36 and Agency Mobile App iOS & Android: Version 2.6 (No update to the Agency app with this release)

The minimum operating system requirements are "Lollipop" for Android and v11.0 for Apple devices. **

**Please note that the mobile app updates are available as of September 28, 2023.

Compliance Notes - Increase in the character limit to 8000 characters

The character limit when adding or editing compliance notes has been increased from 200/240 characters to 8000 characters both in the caregiver portal & caregiver mobile app.

Caregiver Mobile app - View Images/Documents uploaded under Visit notes

Caregivers will be able to view the images/documents that were uploaded at the time of adding visit notes under the Visit Notes tab on the caregiver mobile app. Other caregivers who can view these visit notes will also be able to view the documents/images that were uploaded when adding visit notes.

HHCS Service Codes required

Service codes will require the following fields to be included in V5 files if either of the following pairs of fields is sent and do not match Visit Start Time and EVV Start Time, or Visit End Time and EVV End Time.

V5 file - Diagnosis code update

  1. Update in the format for sending diagnosis code with | symbol & then have become situational instead of optional based on which payer requires the code.

Improvement in the Sync functionality on the HHA Data post screen

Users will be able to see the records that require to be synced again on the HHA data post screen from the Action Column. Users can also filter for the Pending sync filter in the visit Status filter to sync again.

Users should complete a sync instead of attempting to post the records again.

Sandata Updates

In the state of Missouri, New exception will be applied "Visit memo Requirement not met”, exception code 44 when tasks in the schedule are not updated/completed by the caregiver in the schedule. Also, Reason code 250 will be used for this exception “Does not contain Task or Memo Information”.

Carebridge Updates

Procedure Codes & manual reason code updates in the state of New Jersey

  1. Procedure codes G0300, G0153, and G0155 are added in the CS360 for the state of New Jersey and are available to be applied on the visits as per the requirement.

  2. MR2223 is available as Manual Reason Code for EPSDT PDN During the School Day and the user is able to apply them to the visit.

Update to the AuthRef number in the state of TN

AuthRef number will be marked as Situational in the state of TN in case of payers - TN Amerigroup (TN_AGP) & UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee (TN_UHC) where the Prior Authorization is set to either Sometimes or Always

Authenticare Integration in the state of New Hampshire

Caresmartz360 is now integrated with Authenticare in state of New Hampshire for sending EVV data across. We are still in testing phase with our provider agency currently to get certified. Affected agencies can contact CareSmartz360 directly for further details on integration and testing.
