- Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin. 
- Click Payment Register by Client under the Accounting menu. 
- Enter the search criteria of the Client you wish to display. 
- Click the Search button. The results are displayed. 
- Scroll down to the Refund section 
- Enter the information for the refund. 
- Click the Save button to process the refund, or the Cancel button to discard the refund. 
NOTE: Text in the Refund Memo will appear in the Account Register so you can remember why you did a refund.
