Scheduling > Open Shift(s) Manager

Agency users can use Open Shift(s) Manager to keep track of the shift requests sent out and assign interested caregivers to those schedules. Filters like Office, Territory, Facility, and Date range can be used to obtain relevant data. Users can even view caregivers’ documents from this section to learn more about Caregivers.

Once the appropriate caregiver has been located, you can select them for the visit(s) and click "Assign".
