Critical Update regarding Billing & Payroll Enhancements

After a thorough review and assessment by the team, the Invoice and Payroll revamp a pivotal component of this release, will not be ready for deployment as originally planned. We understand the significance of this module and its impact on your operations and want to ensure that we maintain a seamless and reliable experience for our users as this feature is going to be used on 1st day of the launch.

The complexity of the module, particularly its integration with multiple third-party vendors, has presented unforeseen challenges during testing. We are committed to delivering a robust and flawless experience to our users, and as a result, we find it necessary to allocate additional time for the thorough testing of these integrations.

I want to assure you that this decision has not been taken lightly, and we recognize the potential implications it may have on our users. Our top priority is to provide a seamless and reliable experience, and we believe that taking this extra time will allow us to achieve that goal.

To mitigate any inconvenience, we are actively working on delivering this deployment on 29th November however all the other feature enhancements will be deployed on 20th November as scheduled.

We will preview the Billing and Payroll enhancements as originally scheduled on Wednesday (11/22/2023) or the following Tuesday (11/28/2023) and you are welcome to join us for those sessions. We are also adding two additional sessions on the date of the launch (11/29/2023) and again the following week (12/05/2023)



The November Feature Release Webinar will go ahead as scheduled on Monday, November 20.

There will be two Billing & Payroll preview sessions, and two more sessions once it goes live for all.

Will I still have access to my old invoices/payroll?

Yes! Invoices will still be visible and searchable in the Register and via reporting.


What if I need to rebill?

You can still delete and reprocess an invoice, just as you can today.


When I view old bills, how will I find them in the new interface?

Invoices will still be visible in the Register and via reporting.

When I check the Pending Approval Box, which schedule statuses will be included in the returned data (Time Tracking, Needs Review, Canceled etc)?

Scheduled, Time tracking confirmed & Needs Review. Records for only these 3 statuses will be fetched on click of the Pending approval Checkbox.

Will the Select Grid Columns option still be available?

No, there will be no Select grid column on Billing screens.

Will the Invoice Date filter still be available on the view finalized invoice section?

We have a filter - Search by Invoice number & date range for the user to search the invoices that have already been created.
