How to Update the Caregiver Mobile App & Code Push (CareSmartz360+)

This article explains how caregivers can update their CareSmartz360+ mobile app to the latest version and apply the Code Push update.

To ensure smooth functionality and uninterrupted app performance, please follow the steps mentioned below to update your CareSmartz360+ mobile app to the latest version (2.53) and code push version (1.1).

Android Update:- 

Step 1: Check the Current Version

  1. Open the CareSmartz360+ Caregiver App.

  2. Go to the Profile tab.

  3. Verify the app and code push version displayed.

    • If your app is not running on the latest version, please follow the next steps to update it from the store.

Step 2: Update the App

For Android Devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store and search for CareSmartz360+.


  2. Tap on the app’s name.


  3. Tap the Update button (if available).


For iPhone (iOS) Devices:

  1. Go to the App Store and tap Search at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Search for CareSmartz360+.


  3. Tap on the app’s name.

  4. If your app is not updated, you will see an Update option instead of Open — tap Update.

Step 3: Initiate the Code Push Update

  1. After confirming that the app is up to date, open the Caregiver App.

  2. Go to the Dashboard tab.

  3. Tap the download arrow icon to initiate the Code Push update.
