Add a Payer for a client.

You can either add a new client or associate an existing payer with the client. (In most cases, you will be adding a family member, or multiple patients from the same family, or Insurance Companies.

  • Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.

  • Click Payers under the Clients menu.

  • Select + Sign from the right corner.

Select if the payer is Indivdual payer or a Company/Community

  • Fill out the page with the required information

NOTE: This form is dynamic, based on the type of Payer: Individual or Company/Community Payer, with different fields set as mandatory for each type.

  • Add the phone number for Payer on the Payer Details page.

  • Click the Save button to save the new Payer.
