Use Care Insights to:
Review trends in care documentation
Identify potentially significant care events
Analyze caregiver note patterns
Monitor visit classifications and severity levels
How to Access Care Insights
Navigate to the Dashboard module.
Select Care Insights Dashboard from the left-side navigation menu.
Configure Filters
The dashboard includes filter options to customize results.
Examples may include:
Date range
Client filters
Caregiver filters
Visit criteria
Important
The maximum date range is 31 days.
Keeping date ranges smaller may improve performance and result clarity.
Historical Data Availability
As part of the initial rollout, the Care Insights Dashboard will begin analyzing and displaying new care notes and visit data going forward. Historical data from up to the previous 90 days is currently being processed and will be added to the dashboard over the coming week. During this period, you may notice data gradually populating as historical records become available. Once processing is complete, the dashboard will provide up to 90 days of historical insight for analysis and reporting.
Apply Filters and Review Results
Configure your desired filters.
Click Apply.
The dashboard will display:
Clients
Caregivers
Visit dates
Associated care notes
The AI will automatically classify notes into categories such as:
Functional
Medical
Clinical
Additional sub-classifications may also appear.
Severity and Review Status
The dashboard may also display:
Severity levels
Reviewed vs. not reviewed statuses
This can help agencies prioritize documentation review workflows.
Switch to Stats View
At the top of the dashboard, select Stats View to display visual charts and trend analysis based on the current filters.
Filters remain active when switching between views.

Filters are too restrictive
No qualifying visit data exists in the selected range

Important - Availability & Pricing
The Care Insights Dashboard is available to all agencies as part of a 60-day preview period beginning July 23, 2026. After the preview period, agencies on the pricing model introduced June 1, 2026 (including new contracts and renewals) will continue to have access to the Care Insights Dashboard as part of their subscription. Agencies on legacy pricing plans who would like to retain access after the preview period should contact their Customer Success Manager to discuss renewal options under the current pricing model.
