The services your agency provides can be managed by Service Types. By Default, Caresmartz360 provides a lean list of four "core" Service Types (Companion Care, Homemaker, Personal Care, Respite Care). If your business has a need for more, or others, you can add them in the Admin Settings under Scheduling>>DDM Scheduling>>Service Types.
To add a new Service Type, click the gree +Add button at the top of the page.
Enter the name of the new Service Type and the Description.
Please keep in mind that Service Types, once used in a schedule, cannot be deleted. Rates can be added to each service type at the Office, Client, Payer, and even visit level. Each Service Type at each level can also be configured hourly, per 15 min, per 30 minutes or per visit. So there a lot of options for configuration and management.
