CareSmartz360 is now integrated with Arizona – AHCCCS vendor and testing is underway.
The posting process and integration remain the same, however the following changes are now applicable for Live-In Caregivers.
Go to Client Main section - profile summary and turn on the Live-In Caregiver toggle. Select the Caregiver(s) that should be identified as Live-in Caregiver. Start/end dates and relationship must also be entered.
Users can add any number of caregivers as live-in caregiver for a single client however, only one caregiver will stay as active at any given time.
Payer program selection and payer selection remains the same.
The reason codes and exception workflow shall remain the same.
Client Profile
On the data post report, while client & visit posting, a new filter has been added for relationship. Please note that both Live-in & Non-Live-in data cannot be posted together. Error messages will be populated for users at the time of posting.
